Login and Switch to the Desired Workspace
- First, log in to your Zezamii account.
- Navigate to the workspace where you want to enrol new users. If you manage multiple workspaces, make sure you switch to the correct one.

Go to the Person Tab
- Once you are in the desired workspace, go to the "Person" tab. This is where you manage all users within the workspace.

Click the Enrol User Button
- In the top right corner of the Person tab, you will see the "Enrol User" button. Click this button to open the Enrol User popup.

Add User Emails
- In the Enrol User popup, you will find a text box where you can enter the email addresses of the users you want to enrol.
- Enter the emails and separate them by commas. For example:
user1@example.com, user2@example.com, user3@example.com.

Click Invite All
- After entering the email addresses, click the "Invite All" button. This will send out enrolment invitations to the specified email addresses.

Email Invitation and Signup Process
- If the provided email addresses are valid, each user will receive an auto-generated email stating that they have been enroled into the specific organization.
- The email will include their username (which will be their email address) and an auto-generated random password.
- Users will use these credentials to log in and complete the signup process.

- Until the user signs in for the first time, their status will be set to "Enroled."
- After signing in successfully, their status will automatically switch to "Active."
