Enrolling new users into your Zezamii workspace is a straightforward process. Whether you’re adding a single user or multiple users at once, follow these steps to ensure they receive their invitations and can start using the system promptly.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log in and Switch to the Desired Workspace
First, log in to your Zezamii account.
Navigate to the workspace where you want to enroll new users. If you manage multiple workspaces, make sure you switch to the correct one by using the workspace selector in the top navigation bar.
2. Go to the "People" Tab
Once you are in the desired workspace, go to the "People" tab. This is where you manage all users within the workspace.
3. Click the "Enrol User" Button
On the right hand side of the People page, you will see the Invite User button. Click this button to open the Invite Users popup.
4. Add User Emails
In the Invite Users popup, you will find a text box where you can enter the email addresses of the users you want to enroll.
Enter the email addresses and separate them by commas. For example:
user1@example.com, user2@example.com, user3@example.com
The interface will list the email addresses below as selected addresses.
5. Click "Send Invites"
After entering the email addresses, click the Send Invites button at the bottom of the popup. This will send out invitations to the specified email addresses.
Email Invitation and Signup Process
If the provided email addresses are valid, each user will receive an auto-generated email stating that they have been enrolled in your specific organization.
The email will include their username (which will be their email address) and an auto-generated random password.
Users will use these credentials to log in and complete the signup process.
Invite Statuses
Once you send the invitations, you can track the invite status in real time within the Invite Users popup.
- Send Invite: This status appears next to an email that is selected but not yet invited. You can send an invite to this address by clicking the Send Invite button.
- Invite Sent: Once the invite is sent, this status indicates that the email has been delivered but the user has not yet accepted it.
- Invite Accepted: This status shows that the user has accepted the invite and completed the signup process. They are now active within the system.

Monitoring User Status
After sending invitations, you can monitor the status of the users within the Person tab in your workspace:
- Enrolled: The user has been invited but has not yet signed in.
- Active: The user has signed in and completed the setup process, making them fully active in the system.
Make sure to check the Person tab to confirm that all invited users have activated their accounts.
